Looks like I may have to try this. I tried to exercise today and my pain got worse but I ignored it and got through 1/2 hour on the treadmill and a 12 minute weight wo and an ab wo. I may not have had the best form or the fastest speed, but I faked it and made it through. I used a higher incline instead of speed to get the sweat pouring. I have my pedometer on and I have already done over 5000 steps. Pretty pathetic when an aerobic instructor is proud of that!
I do feel more confident that I did accomplish a wo since I have been stressing over the possibility that I would not be able to get through one.
If anyone has On Demand on their TV, go to free on demond and there are two places you can find workouts. One is sportskool and you go to fitness and there is a workout called the Express Ultimate Workout. Gets just about every muscle group in 12 minutes.
