new beginning. Since some of us need a kick in the pants to get back on track, let's begin again to post exercise and menu (or whether you stuck to plan or not).

Also, share some tips that will help you get through this month. I like the one from Nancy about having WW treats in the freezer so she can have something sweet and still stay on program. You would think it would be so easy to measure 1/2 cup of light ice cream in a bowl but it seems to be one scoop for me and one for the bowl. Prepackaged and premeasured is the way to go.
I was thinking of making the health and fitness post separate from the regular post....sort of a check in every day. This way we can scan it and get ideas on meals, snacks and exercise programs.

Hey, how about just posting if you had an ok day or not. It is your personal best and no one else's. Start small and take one step at a time.
You won't have to worry about me. With the way I am feeling, the company I am having and family activities, I am going to have some bad days. I will end up posting at the end of the day as if it was a journal. I never stick to a plan I post ahead of time. I have to write as I go so to speak.
Hey...even 10 minutes of exercise counts as well as vigorous housework. Also something like drinking you water goal is a something to brag about too! Also...sunscreen applied is part of a healthy lifestyle.

I'm in. In fact on my walk this evening I was going to post my menu for the day. I seem to do a lot better with both food and eating when I hold myself accountable!
