new beginning. Since some of us need a kick in the pants to get back on track, let's begin again to post exercise and menu (or whether you stuck to plan or not).

Also, share some tips that will help you get through this month. I like the one from Nancy about having WW treats in the freezer so she can have something sweet and still stay on program. You would think it would be so easy to measure 1/2 cup of light ice cream in a bowl but it seems to be one scoop for me and one for the bowl. Prepackaged and premeasured is the way to go.
I was thinking of making the health and fitness post separate from the regular post....sort of a check in every day. This way we can scan it and get ideas on meals, snacks and exercise programs.
