Journal. Jumping the gun, but wanted to make sure it was here for you in the morning.

Just log in your exercise, menu if you care to, and any tips you will use to get through the day. Any lightbulb moments you want to share would be appreciated too!

Super Karen! It is lot more economical to make up your own prepackaged snacks and it is a good idea to do it right after a trip to the grocery store or big box store. It is a tip they give us at WW.

Thanks for the ideas!

Grace...

Didn't start anything yet today, since I am waiting for the AC guy. He came and didn't bring the right filter and has to go out and get one. So I am in limbo yet.

Can't wait to go out for a walk.

Never got out for a real walk but did walk grandbaby around the block. Got bombarded with 7 grandchildren coming over for a visit. DinL from NC came up yesterday and came over for a visit...that is why there were so many here. House was a zoo!! LOL

Breakfast...2 Kashi waffles with apple butter decaf green tea, and green tea.

Lunch...crackers and homemade tuna salad with freshly cooked tuna. Decaf green tea.

Dinner...ugh...1 1/2 slices of pizza (couldn't think of anything else to feed 13 people. Water

Well...didn't do as well as I had hoped but tomorrow is another day.

Thanks for the very helpful list, Karen! I'll be printing that out and posting it on the fridge, as well as forwarding it to family and friends.
