Starting the day off right with a 2 1/4 mile walk (feet and side were hurting) and a bowl of steel cut oatmeal with bananas, blueberries, and fat free milk. I forgot to log in my fruit from yesterday, blackberries and banana, and taking my supplements.

Hoping to get weights in soon.

Big pot of vegetable stew is in the crock pot for dinner. Everything but the kitchen sink is in it.

Brunch...oatmeal, blueberries, banana, fat free milk...2 BIG mugs of tea.

Water

Dinner....vegetable stew over whole wheat pasta, grilled chicken breast.

OOOPS.....2 mini black and white cookies. Peppermint tea.

Exercise for the day was a 48 minute 3+ mile walk and actually a rather brisk walk with my 4 legged friend.

Breakfast-egg white omelet, english muffin, oj & coffee

Snack-almonds & raisins

Lunch-turkey & swiss on whole grain bread w/honey mustard & lettuce, baby carrots w/1 Tbsp light ranch dip, watermelon cubes, skim milk

Snack-apple turnover flavored yogart w/strawberries & blueberries

Dinner-teriyaki burgers on whole grain bun, Asian grilled green beans & mushrooms, cucumber salad w/toasted sesame seeds.

Snack-peach

Plus my quota of water for the day.
