a good food choice, you read the label and find out it isn't such a good food. I was eating apple butter thinking it was healthier than jelly/jam because it is when you make it at home. Well...I read the label and lo and behold there is high fructose corn syrup in it even though it is low in calories. I am bummed. So...no more store bought apple butter on my Kashi waffles.

Have you had this happen to you recently too? Let me know what foods you found that changed it formula and is not longer a "good" choice.

Bump...I would really love to hear if you have noticed this happening to some of your go to foods.

Love to make and have on hand home made applesauce. One ingredient unless you count a little water and cinnamon...apples! Especially good to do after we go apple picking in the fall.
