I've had 2 bad nights in a row but last night was the worst one in quite awhile. Pain in my side did not help. I ended up taking 1 Ibuprophen even though I am not supposed to, just to relax and get some sleep.


Picked up the house and scrubbed bathrooms as well as change sheets. I immediately got dressed for the gym after the shower.


Green tea and blueberries for breakfast.


Water at the gym. Did 1/2 hour on the treadmill and barely got through that with the pain in my side. Took the 1 hour body sculpting class after that. Got paid for the classes I subbed so that was nice.


Lunch...egg substitute omelet with mushrooms and low fat cheese on a low carb wrap. Decaf green tea and more water.


Snack...reduced fat triscuits.

Exercise-Weights and some ab work

Menus-didn't so well in that department today and was definitely counter productive with the dessert DD brought over!

Breakfast-Kashi Cinnamon Harvest wheat biscuits w/banana and strawberry slices, whole grain toast w/peanut butter, oj & coffee

Snack-almonds & raisins

Lunch-boss offered lunch in which consisted of pizza and chicken rolls so we could close up early-can't turn the going home offer! Slice of sicilian pizza, 1/2 chicken roll

Dinner-Chicken Artichoke Pasta & mixed green salad and then there was the Entemanns chocolate chip crumb cake. I'm seriously hoping DS disappears into his room with the box & a fork so that it's not here anymore!
