Let me see...I am being positive now...I did get all my water in. I did eat a lot of vegetables and fiber today.

Other than that, I went to the doctor and really didn't get any answers. I am to see the gynocologist again and a gastroenterologist and I am not ready to deal with that. The CT scan showed nothing abnormal gynecologically or otherwise so why do I have to go there again since I was there in March and everything was normal then? Could be a posibility of adhesions from that last surgery or intestinal angina (like the heart...no blood flow with exercise). Now it is a process of elimination.

Had quite a weekend with too many visitors and out of control grandkids. At least work went well and I didn't get too tired doing it.

Hope you all have a super week and have some good things you did for YOU to list...

Grace

One thing I did for myself today-went out and took a walk when I really, really didn't want to! Walked about 2 miles and feel much better because of it.

Grace-I do hope the doctor's can figure out what the pain is from and you can get some relief.

Karen-your gardens are beautiful!

Lori-I hope you can see all the wonderful qualities that you possess that we see every day in your posts!

It was a particularly rough day at work and my in basket "overfloweth". The boss dropped a report that he's been sitting on for weeks and all of sudden he decided that today was the day it needed to be out the door. He, of course, drops the bomb and then has to leave early for the day leaving myself and my coworker to figure the rest of it out. That's after at least 3 other projects that had to get finished this afternoon. The day did pass by rather quickly however. One down, four to go until vacation time! Obviously I'm not counting!

Tried out my experiment for dinner. It didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. I think I just wasn't in the mood for it by the time I cooked it. Otto and I headed out the door after dinner and took a rather long walk in spite of the humidity.

I didn't let myself think too long before I changed clothes and headed out for the door again for a walk for myself. I walked about 2+ miles. I've attended to watering the brown spots in the lawn and now that DH has finished the dishes I'm headed for the shower.

DH has been in an admitted bit of a mood this evening. If I'm blown up like a balloon after tomorrow nights dinner it will because of the salt I saw DH pour into the sauce he was making. Apparently he wasn't paying attention. I usually don't add any and it's from my hand into the pot so I can see how much I'm adding but he pours right from the container-oh my!

Well I think I will do the one thing my family will be grateful that I'll do for everyone at the moment and that's take a shower!

Actually, we aren't divorced or even legally separated, but I do have a legal document for my support during separation and in case of divorce. He keeps insisting he doesn't want a divorce. Very bizarre! It sure reduces my stres level when we're on good terms.

I did a bunch of stuff for myself today. It was fun! I felt I needed some retail therapy.

Went to Zumba and worked up a real sweat. It was as though I had a hose hidden under my hair and it kept pouring down my face.
