I think I turned it around and I think my body turned around too. I can't believe I am practically pain free today. (Did I jinx myself?)
Things I did for me...
Went to the Zen Conditioning class.
Drank all my water and took my supplements.
Ate well so far and snacked on soy nut mix.
Took a cat nap. (Did not sleep well last night)
OK...that was my day...

I went out for a bike ride this evening. There was a bit of a breeze along with the humidity so it was like a giant fan blowing on me. Otto and I also had a very nice walk. It's been another good eating day. I, too, am really enjoying the summer fruit! Lots of water to drink as well.
Another busy day at the office. The day passed quickly and I was shocked when I looked at my watch and saw that it was 4:30.
Things went well at the doctor With that word "inconclusive" hanging in the air I'm always relieved to hear those two words "no change".
DD and her BF are back at the drawing board with the house they made the bid on and the people countered with their asking price. Seems that they asked the agent if they were interested in making another bid. Maybe the house isn't flying off the market like they thought it would. There counter still may not be in the ballpark but they figure it's worth another shot. Seems like they're moving out of state and maybe things are moving on the other end a little quicker than expected! We'll see what happens.
While I was out riding my bike Otto managed to take advantage of an escape route to the neighbor's backyard. That's as far as goes but can't seem to instill in DH that you can't leave food on the table nor the gate open in the driveway.
DS is finished watering outside which means the water pressure will be back to normal and I'm going to head to the shower.
Hope everyone has had a good day and will enjoy a good night's rest!

After busting my butt for 5 hours in 95 degree heat, I did do something good for myself, but my night went nothing as I expected. I was treating myself to a manicure and modified manicure when I got a call from Mom that Dad was being taken to the ER. He had fallen into a deep sleep and they couldn't rouse him. They finally got him to open his eyes, but he was pretty out of it. He did that before when he had a UTI and was dehydrated, so we could pretty well diagnose that ourselves. He had fallen into a deep sleep Sunday and we could hardly get him awake when Erin, Joe, and Jackson got there, but then he finally seemed OK. I knew it was coming.
So, instead of going to Zumba tonight, I headed to the ER. There were lots of scary looking huge clouds in varying shades of charcoal, and I knew Mom didn't want to stay and have to drive home if the bottom dropped out. He got there around 6, and I was there shortly after. He does have a UTI, but it seems to be in the early stages. They gave him an IV antibiotic, but were sending him back with an oral one. We were relieved he didn't have to be admitted. To make a long story short, through all kinds of screw-ups and busy-ness, it was 12:10 before we were leaving the building. I followed Dad to the nursing home to be sure he got squared away and left when they started getting him changed for bed. It was 12:30 when I was leaving and 12:50 AM when I got home.
Earlier today I ran errands to Lowe's, the gas station, cleaners,
