Volunteering to do something is great-but it still should be something that you want and enjoy doing. I certainly don't thinks it's unreasonable to say that this particular commitment isn't working out for you.

If it's too much, you should say so. Let them know you had good intentions when you committed, but that your body is letting you know you've taken on too much. They will have to understand.

Thanks everyone, I just sent an email off to cancel the classes for the rest of July and August.
