Who'd have thunk it. . . . . Costco's laundry soap is an amazing all purpose cleaner!

Loved the compliments you and Terri got .. :) (forgot to write that in the last thread.. lol)
VERY interesting stuff about the laundry soap, I think

That's very interesting. I think I'll give that a try. My kitchen cabinets are old and are painted at this point over the hideous whatever they're made of and they get the same way around the knobs, same thing with my door to the basement and bathroom so just may give that a try!
As for the clothes-just hope they're making them extra sparkly clean :)!

Your observation about the laundry soap reminded me of my childhood. My grandmother and mother used FAB laundry detergent for just about everything from washing dishes to scrubbing floors, etc. We used to joke about how we would blow soap bubbles after eating veggies scrubbed by grandma with FAB. I remember the first time liquid detergent was used...it was a "miracle cleaner".
Thanks for the reminder! And oh, I do like the laundry powder from Costco as well as from Sears.

Hi Deb,
NO! Lino floors.
LOL...my grandma (the one who's home I'm now living in) used laundry soap and pine sol for everything....and I mean everything.

Thanks for the tip about vinegar as fabric softener Lori.
I also liked the tip about a fabric softner.
