Deb, I've meant to post about your ankle. I think you said you weren't sure what you did to it? A friend of mine twisted hers and it bothered her for months. She had to
Hello, everyone! I am back from Wells, Maine and I definitely used today to relax and enjoy being home again! I used what was left of yesterday to unpack and do laundry and take a nap. I was exhausted from the trip home and I wasn't even driving! It rained just about the whole time we were there so that put a damper on things, but it was still good to be away from the hustle and bustle. It was also very hard to see everyone around me enjoying lobsters and crabs as well as those famous rolls and not being able to eat them. Darn allergy!
I really don't have any idea what is happening around here (again). I didn't have my laptop with me so the little time I had on Son in Law's laptop was for reading emails only. I started off with a bunch of walking the first full day we were there but after that it was not going to happen. Between the rain, the mosquitos and hurting my toe...slammed foot into the foot of a couch running after a grandchild...there wasn't going to be any more walking except to the beach between rain storms. Didn't take my sweatshirt off much either, so no tan.
Patty...that is great that you got 6 out of 7 days of exercise in last week even with a new chicken flock. Hope things work out so you can keep up the exercise. Looks like we both had chicken today to eat. I caved in and got a chicken from Costco. Hope you have a great birthday
It is an ankle I sprained years ago... but it seems sometimes when I step wrong or twist it hurts it and takes longer to heal... weird.. I have been thinking of getting a cheaper wrap to wear at work ( a lovely look with capris, wouldn't you say? lol)

We got back in town late Saturday afternoon.

Wells is practically right next door. You can see Kennebunkport from the beach. It is a beautiful area and very family friendly.
