I see Miss P has some CL concerns, so I thought I'd step up and get things going today.
What's up in your neck of the woods?

Karen your family meal sounded really nice. Do you really watch that much football and route for that many teams/players? I do not know how you do it. My boys always had big appetites growing up but have slowed down. Since my Billy has been "watching" his weight and he has dropped about 40 to 45 pounds I see he makes smarted choices and eats less. Rob is a smart eatter except when you way Taco Bell at him, that is his weakness, lol. But I do find as the winter months creep in they tend to eat more with the cooler weather. Enjoy your day home today!

Wow my computer actually allowed me to respond to everyones posts including all of mine! Well lets see.........we drove to Maryland early on Saturday morning. Spent the entire day at the track (long day) helping and watching the guys. Katie and I were ready to leave by 6 but they just kept on going. My son Billy took his car and made three passes down the track. I was extremely nervous because this new motor they have been working on puts alot of power out and is going to go super fast. He needs to get a special license to run this car (not the kind you get at the local DMV office but from NHRA). They allowed him to go alone which made me feel better and he only went 1/2 track. I know you don't understand but it allowed him to try out the car/motor. He has some adjustments to make and will be playing with it during this week at night. Our friend John did not do well, and he got knocked out the first round of racing. Anyhow............we did not leave the track until close to midnight and we took hotels about an hour away from the track. We met up the next morning (we slept in) for breakfast and then headed home. We got in around 3 and by the time we unloaded our coolers, duffle bags and misc stuff we all just vegged the rest of the day.
Today it is beautiful, Rob starts school tomorrow and Katie on Thursday. Billy drove out to his girl friends and might be coming home for dinner with her, I am waiting to hear from him. Rob is out in the garage working on his mustang........the never ending project. My inlaws and my parents are coming over for a simple BBQ as someone put it before. I too have a london broil (2 actually) marinating, I made some macaroni salad, some pasta salad with mozzerella balls, my folks are bringing the tossed salad and Bill's folks the dessert which should be come chocolate chip cookies. Bill took Katie out to the flea market and then they were driving out to the barn so she could ride the horse. Bill felt funny going out there since he has not seen Billy a/k/a the pool guy in months. I told guess how I have felt? We got some more news although it is from the grape vine about Billy which is not encouraging. Looks like Bill and I are going to have either come up with about $10 thousand and have him install it or have that hole filled and have to buy dirt. Not sure where we are going to come up with the extra money since we just paid for this semister of school for Rob, we still need to buy his books, and we are still working on the kitchen and bought our tile and applainces. Never ends right?
Rob is mad at me this morning because it seems yesterday him and his girl friend took a ride to the North Shore Animal League and were looking at dogs. He found a 10 week old German Shepard mix puppy but I said no and so did Bill. I explained to him we are not ready to adopt another dog, maybe in the spring. Our back yard is a mess and dangerous, he and Katie are heading back to school all day, I work 30 hours a week, and we all know I will get the brunt of the work involved. That is the last project I need to worry about so I am being refered to now and the wicked witch........nice! Really makes me feel good. I need to kick some 19 year old backside. What do you guys think?
Another problem Bill and I were talking about is Katie and this horse situation. It has been 2 full years since we started half boarding Daniel out east and the ride is getting old. I have trouble getting out there and well my mood upon arrival at the barn is not overly plesant. Since we said no shows this season because of how her grades went the trainer we used last year never gave her a lesson. Not one, we talked about a dozen times but he never called us back to schedule a time slot, which has set her back on her riding skills so.........we discussed bringing her back to the local barn for weekly lessons but with another trainer and inquiring about a half board on a horse there and giving up the board on Daniel. Katie has mixed feeling but she knows that she lost much this summer and she missed riding with friends...........so this will play out more once we get back to school and I can take a ride to the old place.
Well I need to run the vacuum cleaner and I wanted to iron some clothes. Bill and Katie are heading home and everyone should be here by 4:00. Hope you all have wonderful days today, enjoy!

Wikipedia describes Ah-So sauce better than I ever could....
Ah-So is a line of Asian sauces and marinades from Allied Old English, Inc., Port Reading, NJ. Their Ah-So Chinese Style Barbecue sauce in the green bottle is perhaps their most popular item in the Ah-So line. This garlicky, sweet, sticky, and brightly red-colored marinade is popular in the Northeast United States (New England) and can be found in most major grocery stores. A
