You had asked about the teriyaki burgers that I make. This is the recipe that I use. I haven't done the grilled pineapple thing but that's a great idea to go along with them!

Teriyaki Chicken Burgers

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken
1 ½ cups fresh bread crumbs
¼ cup minced green onion
¼ cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Asian sesame oil
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

In a large bowl combine the burger ingredients. Mix gently with your hands, being careful not overworks the meat. Moisten your hands with water and shape into 4 burgers. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Lightly brush or spray the burgers with olive oil. Grill over Direct Medium heat until well done.

OMG ... I feel so blonde at the moment ... I just printed the recipe and went to the kitchen to make sure I had everything ... the recipe calls for ground chicken - here is me thinking all morning yep, chicken breast, check - got it ...
