Good morning everyone! Hope everyone is doing well on this Wednesday. Rhonda, how's your Dad?

Notice anything wrong with the picture above? Ironic that there is an escalator to take you into the gym to work out !

Good morning! Today's the day my sister and I fly to Atlanta for the Kenny Loggins concert tonight. I'm not terribly excited about it at this time of morning, but I'm sure I will be once we get underway. We'll be back late afternoon tomorrow.

Dad was doing better yesterday, Patty. Thanks for asking. He is still very confused. I think he has nightmares and

Good Morning,

Sun and bright blue skies and with the temperatures this morning a bit of fall in the air. Excellent sleeping weather!

So what's up for your middle of the week? Same old 9 to 5. Busy day at work ahead? Some days I know and other days I don't. It's one of those days that I don't quite know what the day of the legal eagles has in store. Fitness plans for today? Hoping to get some type of workout in after walking the King. Just don't know what anticipated workout will be. As the weathers cools off do you remember to keep drinking water? That is sometimes an issue during the cooler and colder weather. But I try by always having my water bottle nearby.

The toe had a good day yesterday! I don't know what happens during the night after taping it. But more often than not I end up ripping off the tape in the middle of the night as DH reminded me when he found the tape on his side of the bed!

I have mini meatloafs prepared to pop into the oven when I get home. I'm trying sweet potatoes in the crockpot. It says if you rub them with olive oil and slow cook them they come out crispy like from the oven. I'm a bit skeptical but since DH will be in and out the door this evening I decided to give it a try.

Rhonda-I was glad to hear that your Dad was doing better. Have a great time at the concert!

Nothing much else to report. Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!

Good morning, this bloody computer would not let me post again, I wish I could afford a new one. But this one is only going to be 4 years old and should have plenty of life. I just need someone to clean the crap out of it. Bill and I use it only for going on line and checking "stuff" out. Anyway...........I got up and met Aunt Linda this morning. We walked only half a mile, that was all she was up to. It is a start in the right direction but I know I need more. I decided not to do Jenny. First off they promised me a call back and they never did. Which gave me more time to think and ponder the situation. Bottom line it is all prosessed food and a diet, whereas Weight Watchers is a life style based on real life food and situations. Lets face it I know it works when it is done right, especially when combined with healthy exercise. So today is a fresh start again and I have decided to return to weekly meetings that fit me. Tuesdays at 5 or 7 just do not work because it is coming off a weekend when I am most likely to "cheat" and I drink the average of 10 glasses of water a day that my body has not had a chance to get rid of it. So on Fridays they have a meeting about 2 towns from me at 8:15 am. I plan on going this Friday and giving it another whirl. I wish I could say I am the grab and go kind of person but I need to be accountable with what I put in my mouth and feed this family. How can I cook something unhealthy and easy and just feed it to them. I need to cook smart and healthy for all of us. Now it is difficult without a stove/oven but I plan on getting a little extra pissy around here to get this bloody kitchen project finished up. I am going to empty out that kitchen hutch and strip the wall paper down on Friday. Then Saturday take a ride to the paint store and buy the primer and paint. If Bill is going to drag this on any further I need to step up. I also plan on having my floor guy come on Friday afternoon to measure for the new floor so I can have that ready at a moments notice. Well I need to head into the office, I am late.......again. I will check back later since my boss is in court all morning and I might get a moment or two to play. Have a good one ladies. Susan I miss meatloaf! Nancy good luck with your MIL today.

Hi gang,

Just thought I'd sneak in a quick post here before I get started on all of the "To Dos".

I must confess Patty, I've only used my treadmill twice.
