Good morning everyone! Hope everyone is doing well on this Wednesday. Rhonda, how's your Dad?

Notice anything wrong with the picture above? Ironic that there is an escalator to take you into the gym to work out !

No exercise for me yet today, but the day is still young. AS much as I would like to get exercise in every day (well, 5 days a week), I find I do better not getting crazy over it if I don't feel like doing it. With the pain on my side and just feeling tired alot, I do what I can do. But, 10 minutes is definitely doable. Now I am having indigestion, the pain is increasing, kind of a belly ache, and I think it is from trying the Red Yeast Rice. The tingling is returning in my feet, I am getting that charlie horse feeling

Shar...that is wonderful news about your paintings being selected. It certainly is a feather in your cap to be chosen for the show. WTG!
Wow...a wedding in 11 days! How exciting! You have to send us pictures.
Good job with all the walking. Fitting it into your busy lifestyle is a great way to keep it going.
Hope you stop by again soon.

Interested in finding out how the sweet potatoes come out. You come up with some good ideas for the crock pot.
Hope the toe continues to feel better.

It is so hard to see our parents decline. Being in your 70's isn't that old anymore and to think, I am about 11 years away from it. YIKES! It scares me too what could become of me and I warned my kids to not put me through months of no quality of life. They have agreed. Oh this is all too heavy to think about right now especially before going to the cardiologist. Sometimes I feel I can be a heartbeat away from having my quality of life pulled right out from under me and being put on meds that make my life even worse. Ok...enough.
I agree...we have to live life now and I pray that DH will see it very soon. I don't know how many wake up calls he needs to see it.
We are going to have a blast in DC with your attitude!

Good idea to get a snack in late afternoon, Terri! I read that a snack with protein and carbs can hold you over for dinner. I haven't seen those tortilla chips. Curious to hear how they are.
My tummy was grumbling fiercely after the Zumba class last night and I had promised myself not to eat when I got home. Well...the tummy won and I caved and ate. Of course once I started, I couldn't stop so I blew my whole day.
Hope your plan works today.

Scary about that explosion this morning Deb. Hope no one was injured.
So you did 3 classes of Zumba yesterday? And you are going to do 3 assorted classes today? I would say you would be tired and sore.
I took Zumba the first time last night and I really liked it. I am not used to the stopping between each song and the non existent cuing, but I can get used to it. The instructor double checked to see if it was really my first time and I said "yes" and she said I was doing a great job. Didn't let on that I was a fitness instructor. I may go for the training in Oct and if nothing else, get 5.5 ceu's for my AFAA certification.
Then I can pick your brain for ideas.

Oh gosh...no stove/oven yet? You could make meatloaf in the crock pot...I have.
Anyway...good luck with WW again. I am counting my points again too. With you, Nancy and me doing it, we can be "good" on our trip or at least make some good choices.
Here is a cheer for having success this time around and know we CAN do this together.
