Tuesday was good until my girlfriend called and told me she couldn't go to Zumba because of a headache. So my plans went down the tubes. I will go to an extra class tomorrow instead.
Eating was great until after dinner. WE ended up celebrating DH's birthday again with the family that wasn't here yesterday.
Looks like early bedtime for me. I am feeling a couple of muscles I haven't felt in a long while.
Can't believe I missed the opening night of "Dancing with the Stars" last night!! Erin put off calling me till 10 thinking I'd be watching it, but I wasn't aware it was on. That's how out of it I've been. Heard Cheryl Burke has put on a lot of weight and is covering up more. We're wondering if she's pregnant. I'll have to see tonight when there is another 2 hr. show.
Didn't get nearly as much done today as I'd like to, but did putter around and fix the animal door in the door between the breakfast room and garage, did a little cleaning and laundry, and spent too much time on the computer and phone. Had chicken stir fry for dinner.
I've gotten my bath and washed my hair and just need to get situated to watch TV and call it a night. Hope everyone rests well.
First off let me apologize for not responding to your posts, ivillage paired with my computer won't let me respond to posts. It is very frustrating. Tonight it let me respond on the first try.
Liquid restrictions are still in place. I just put whatever I want in mine and put them in the bag I check so I don't have to worry about it. It's nice not to have to lug it along. I may have a tote for my camera and other stuff I don't want tossed around though. Also, you have to take off any kind of shoes you're wearing, so I suggest something that doesn't tie or buckle for ease and speed.
Tuesday has been a pretty good one. Work was a bit on the slow side. There never seems to be a happy medium-either the day drags or it's nuts!
Dh was quite the busy bee around here today. Came home to a clean bathroom, clean kitchen floor, 3 ac's taken out and put away. and most of the garden ripped out He's really been working hard to be more helpful and it's so nice and I made sure I told him just that!
Dinner was already on the stove when I came in, sauce cooking away, water boiling and we actually sat down and ate by 5:30. I was able to get Otto for an early walk and then home to do a workout. I did intervals on the treadmill and then a weight workout.
We had a call from our across the Atlantic DD. I asked her if she had any German food and the answer was no although maybe tonight. Her first meal was pizza at a Turkish restaurant-interesting! She's been out of a lot of the conversation since she's with the European constituent. The company is French based so there was one table of French speaking and the other Spanish speaking. She doesn't speak French and we'll just say high school spanish left a lot to be desired. Someone was translating for her but it was hard to keep up with the conversation. They were very interested in the fact that she owns a Volkswagon.

Hope things become less frustrating for you soon and that Katie's migraine is gone. Those things are so incredibly painful.
I definitely need that DC trip!
