LOL you really want to know............client is subdividing his property. He started this project years ago. We needed to get his bank to release a part of the property so he could resell it. After we got that taken care of his buyer back out.........enter several buyers later (5 to be exact). Go through the process with the town to subdivide, get them to approve the house plans that are going to be built, get approval, and find out our client remortgaged again inbetween so now we need to get the bank to release that portion again. In the meantime we needed to draw up contracts, mortgages, notes, riders...........the list goes on and on. The client is stupid in that he is holding a mortgage on this property yet he is allowing to be placed in second place regarding the mortgage. If the builder defaults and does not sell the new house my client won't see a dime. Stupid client, extremely over worked file and we will be lucky to see any money on this deal. It is not my file but since I switched with other sect and the client is coming in tomorrow I needed to finish up and prepare other documents. Very time consuming........at least it was something new for me to learn and do. Boss man was patient and showing me what needed to be done.
