LOL Terri! I bet you looked great anyway even without the make up. Must be in the air...I realized I went to the gym yesterday without putting any basic make up on. I just put on some concealer and mascara to help me look awake especially if I am teaching and I left without it...practically unheard of!!!

Great job with the spin class. It is a great workout and changing up your routine will definitely be a bonus. I will do my own thing near the end of the class if I start to get too tired too. I figure as long as I keep pedaling and change the cadence, it still works cardiovascularly...just made up that word. Glad you weren't sore today. Glad to hear that you can get a discount at the Y.

HI, all....quick check in since I am still trying to finish up my packing to leave tomorrow for NC. I did print my boarding pass, so at least I got one thing done on my list.

Another reason for not staying longer here today is that the pain is as bad as ever and is now affecting my back and right side. I had to go to the bank and wanted to do more errands but I just had to come home and take it easy.

Donna...I would go for the oatmeal before the blood work as well as lots of cinnamon, nuts, and chamomile tea. Took me 4 tries to spell chamomile right. Anyway...good luck! I do believe you saw more of NYC than I ever have. I guess you didn't make it to the Lyndenhurst diner?

Hopefully I will be feeling better in a little while. I am going to take some Ibuprophen and see if it helps. I am not supposed to take it but I cannot take tylenol because it effects my liver. I give up!!

Have a good one all...
Grace

Terry,

I bet you still look fabulous, even without make-up!!! My son is a freshman in college, he is 18 and home for Fall Break.

Garden City is beautiful. It's the adjoining village to where I live. I love to go walking there. So many different types of homes from new construction to old houses with big porches that I just love!

The diners are also just a stones throw from me. The Seacrest is one of DS favorite ones. And the Seventh Street Cafe is about 2 minutes from my office. We went to some type of party there a number of years ago and I do remember the food being very good!

Yes, you certainly did cover a lot of territory in NYC!

Glad you enjoyed your stay on Long Island!
