Good Morning,
A cool crisp day ahead here on LI.I love that picture Patty and I do find nature not only incredible but fascinating at well that everything knows what to do!
Not exactly sure what I plan to do with the day. I know what I should do but thoughts of housecleaning and the usual Saturday stuff doesn't seem to be floating my boat at the moment. I do have to do a Costco run and a trip to the pharmacy is necessary. There's outside work-the same bushes that have needed a haircut since I don't know when still need the haircut. There are bins of clothes up in DD's room that need to be gone through. She keeps telling me that they're sorted through but not exactly the perception I'm getting. I have to go through my own clothes as well. There are acs sitting in the room and they really need a home. I want to use DD's closet so we don't have to lug them into DS'room and move the bed etc. but then I have to go into DD's closet and find a home for the stuff that she can't move out at the moment. Actually sounds like too much work! Collection and removal of dog hair is a priority. Refrigerator cleanout should also go on the list. Of course I could always go the route since I really need shoes for work to end up somewhere looking for those. Sounds like a very long list for too little time!
Really need to work on a mental change as far as my out of control eating and lack of exercise. As I already said I'm in mega slump. This is the time where I always feel like I need somebody to work out with. Sometimes depending on just me myself and I doesn't work so well. So I'll have to depend on all of you from afar to kick me where it hurts!
I had planned a chicken dinner in the oven but may instead do soup instead. It seems like a good evening for a bowl of soup and a slice of bread out of the bread machine. Margo's soup recipe that she posted sounded really good.
DH brought me home a visitor last night. He was dog sitting his boss'dog for an hour or so while she went out to dinner. He's a King Charles spaniel I believe and his name is Baxter. He's tiny but long legs and the cutest face and still a puppy so it was a bit like having a very energetic toddler running around. I'm obviously used to a much bigger dog with a lot less energy. Otto loves other dogs but I think he was a bit curious what another dog was doing in his territory. It's one thing to meet a friend on the street, it's another to have one of his own on his turf.
Guess it's time to get the show on the road around here and see what I can accomplish. Hope you all have a super Saturday.

Soup sounds good Susan!
Class went great last night, we subbed but most of the people that came were our regulars which made it fun.
Almost morning still - Patty, I love that photo and wish I could be there right now.
