WEDNESDAY FINISH UP...........

HI, ALL! I AM NOT SHOUTING...I AM TRYING TO MAKE THE FONT BIGGER!

Ok....enough of being rude. DS lost internet service so I was offline while in NC. I am now home and had safe flights. Already planning another trip in December so I can go to granddaughters gymnastics meets. One is level 7 and the other in level 8 so it is getting very exciting to see them compete. Also, a house is reserved at Duck NC for the week after Christmas for the whole family to come and gather. So..I will have a very busy December with Christmas being home too. Talking about biting off more than I can chew!

Lots to do the next couple of days, especially if I go ahead and go to CT for the Zumba Workshop. Must pay bills, take care of the business stuff, laundry...etc. Tomorrow morning I teach the 11:30 ninety minute body sculpting class and I will incorporate intervals into it. I have to pull out all the stops for these people...they are used to a very tough instructor...and I should be limping on the way out since exercise was nearly nonexistent while in NC.

Great job with those of you who are doing great with your exercise. Remember, every little bit helps.

See you tomorrow....

Grace

Nice to see you back Grace! It must be exciting to see the grandkids compete!

The workday went fairly well although I have to say the Thursday thoughts are still in my head. Must be all those 4 day work weeks.

I came in the door to the smell of bread just finished baking. Such a great smell on a cool autumn evening. The soup was so good and the buttermilk bread was really soft. I probably could have eaten the whole loaf but restrained myself. DS came in from work and saw the soup and decided Taco Bell could be another night!

Although the temperatures were in the 40's it was windy and felt much colder. I have yet to embrace dog walking in the dark and colder temperatures. But we did have a nice walk. What was that I said this morning about more energetic walks in the cooler weather. Otto must have read my post and decided to would show me. Lots of meandering and sniffing but that's what dogs like to do. It's his time so I go with the flow! Of course he did have to decide to do his business in the darkest place he could find. I probably should carry a little pocket flash light to make sure I pick up properly.

I headed straight to change into workout clothes and to the basement. I didn't want to take the chance of changing my mind. I pulled out an old but goodie Prevention walk tape-Walk It Slim. I haven't done that in ages and obviously didn't remember that it had squats and lunges in it! I'm sure I'll be reminded once again in the morning.

It's now time to head to the shower and unwind for the remainder of the day before hitting the hay and starting all over again!

Hope everyone has had a good day and pleasant dreams everyone!

Hey there everyone.....I have been hear reading but too busy to post. At work I steal a minute here and there to read but our internet has been slower then usual and I don't have much time to respond. This past week and weekend was busy with confirmation, cleaning my sisters house, decorating, baby shower and then my niece's birthday. Monday came and threw me right back into the work swing. These last three days at work have been crazy and stressful and it has caused me to eat out of control. Disappointing myself since I have once again fallen off the WW plan but I need to reapply myself. Only one day of exercise too and that was yesterday morning. This morning Aunt Linda told me her foot hurts and she did not want to do anymore this week. Not good!

Monday Bill took me out out to dinner to try and "win" me over since he realized I was very upset with his going away again. Tuesday after work and dinner (pizza I did take out) we started to pull the old kitchen floor off but the glue is way stuck on and we started to rip out the floor and the subfloor. You should have seen me ripping flooring out and throwing into the truck. Tonight it was the same thing only I had defrosted some sword fish and I had to cook it. So in-between Bill and Billy yanking and tearing out the floor I cooked a meal. Actually it is still sitting on top of the dinning table, I need to wait before I can clean up. Last night it was Bill and I doing to work, tonight Billy stayed home and is helping. Actually they just finished the floor. They found a wet area where the old dishwasher must have leaked and the floor has some damage and they are trying to air it out with a blower. The noise is unreal. Because we had to rip the subfloor out we need to put another new one down. Bill got
