Hope everything is OK with our Miss P.

Hope everyone is feeling well this morning. Exciting plans for Saturday and the weekend or a time to catch up or maybe just some to time to rejuvenate yourself from the week behind you?

As usual there are no exciting plans on the horizon in this household. The weather is damp and gray and talk of rain through the day.

It will be a day of catch up around here as is usually the case on Saturday. I did get a little bit of a head start last night with sorting laundry and actually being able to see the top of my dining room table with all the mail being sorted through and distributed. That usually takes forever on a Saturday. Nobody feels the need to do anything with except look through it and put it back in the same place. There's the usual amount of dust and dog hair and I really need to self clean my oven but that's something else that I keep putting off and I really need to open up a window to accomplish that task. I really had better get that done before winter sets in. My winter clothes and summer clothes still need to be sorted through as well. Just another Saturday with lots to do and too few hours.

I keep debating about going shopping and picking up some things I could use for work including shoes. I just really don't have any desire to go shopping by myself. I seem to have a lot of self doubt about what looks right on me without someone else saying yay or nay and to be honest I hate to spend any money right now. I've placed two orders and have cancelled both. I don't want to get an order and then not like the stuff or have the stuff not fit and have to go to the store anyway. I really do have to get shoes. Don't mind me I seem to be thinking out loud this morning and when I talk to Otto he just gives me a strange look and walks away. I think I'm getting weird in my old age.

A workout is definitely on the agenda. In fact as soon as I finish this I'm heading upstairs to change into workout clothes. I actually found a lower body workout in Cooking Light that I want to give a try.

I'm in a soup cooking mode so I've planned Baked Potato Soup for dinner and maybe get the bread machine out as well. Soup and homemade bread is always a great meal.

Deb/MN hope you're feeling better. Li-Deb-how goes it with the SH? I hope there was dinner out!

Guess I'd better get these bones up and moving if I'm going to get anything accomplished. Hope you all have a super Saturday!

Good morning ladies.........slept in this morning. Rolled out from my blankets around 9:45. I wish I could say all is fine at my house but unfortunately its not. We are talking but it is strained. We too have a busy day planned. We should have jump started it hours ago but did not. Seems we all felt the effects of a busy stressful week. Boys have both showered and disappeared. Billy to his girl friends and Rob outside working on his mustang. Bill and Katie are going to get done before me and head to the barn. Bill has not seen Katie ride the new horse yet so he has agreed to take her and watch the first part of her horse time. I will get finished up and meet them there. Should be around the time she is finishing up. I am not sure where he is going after that but I know he plans on cutting the wood and trying again to finish the floor. He has electric boxes to fix and more sheet rock to put up. The game plan early tomorrow is for us both to get up early, shower and head out around 8:00. By doing that we will head to Lowes to buy a new fan/light for the kitchen, the rest of the stainless knobs we need for the cabinets, some plastic drop clothes and paint. We should be back early enough that together we will pull the old fan fixture down and get the ceiling painted. Oh he also wants to finish up around the window (bottom piece of wood needs to be primed, painted and renailed in place). And put the clear silicone between the counter top and the tile. So we have lots of little stuff to keep us busy. I would love to disappear but I need to be around, not that I need to watch him but to let him know I am working on the project too, if that makes any sense.

We are warm today but windy. Feels good, have my front door open and a few windows. I do believe they are forecasting rain at some point today. Yesterday I worked until 2:00 and the picked up Katie. I was not feeling social and just did not want to hang around the house, let alone clean any of it. So I took a ride to some new Outlets that just opened up nearby. What a huge place. I only drove around it but its huge. I will have to go back with my sneakers. Got home and did a lot of nothing. Told both Katie and Rob I am officially done with cooking until next week. They laughed but made comments in front of Bill last night while we ate Chinese food. That I made Bill go get and pay for! I wanted to thank those of you who mailed checks.....Bill said thanks.

I have decided to go back to Weight Watchers again on Tuesday.

Deb totally enjoy yourself. Bill, Katie and I stayed at the Grand Floridan last March and it was beautiful. We stayed on one of the side buildings. Our room faced the main pool but the other side of our building faced where the boats came in. The place is easy to manover around, lol. It is connected to the Monorail which makes it even nicer. Just a note about the magic, lol. They do get your bags and get them onto the bus and into the hotel as promised. I just packed shorts in our carry bag so we could change when we got there. Since we traveled in March from NY cold weather to Florida warm weather we needed the change. About the charge for the luggage it is crazy. I guess you should call the airlines and find out which is the lesser of two evils......one super sized or two medium. What is easier for you to carry/wheel around? You can check online with DisneyWorld and find out which parks stay open later or open earlier for those staying in the resorts. This way you can plan ahead. We did that and this way we got to see the maxium amount in the limited time we had. Many, many, many years ago we took the kids to Disney and we stayed in their golf resorts located in Lake Buenavista and we bought the tickets for the Halloween party, what a blast. The parade was just awsome and instead of Tinkerbell flying though the air it was a witch. Enjoy yourself you are going to have a blast. How many days are you doing the Zumba? Where actually is the Zumba thing being held? You did say that Eric is going too? What will he do while your doing the Zumba? We ate dinner one night in the Grand Floridan and another night in the Fort Wilderness lodge. The other two night were in the actual parks.
