Exercise 5 days this week. I will promise at least 15 minutes but shoot for 30. Water is my 4 bottles of H2O a day. Weight watcher points are 21 a day. I am going to try really hard not to dip into my 35 flexible points the first three days.
I agree with you on that one Lori! It was actually something I was thinking about. You should never beat yourself up over a bad day or where you couldn't accomplish what you set out to do. You just don't add money to the jar on those kind of days and lets face it we all have those kind of days! JMO but reward yourself for those good days and on those not so good days look forward to starting fresh!

2. Reduce the high glycemic carbs and saturated fat in my diet.
3. Drink at least 48 ounces of water per day.

After giving this some thought & reading what you all are doing.. I came up with this..
1st Goal: Watch sweets and night time eatting. No eatting after 7pm! Stay with in 1200 calories!
