Good morning Patty...

It's very odd that I am the second person here... I'm so happy that the first flock to go came in with good numbers.

Good Morning,

It's dark, rainy, cold and dreary. I got up about 6AM and I really thought it was the middle of the night. So dark and hard to wake myself up to face the fact that a new day was here and not much of a chance to crawl back under the covers. The weather this morning made me thankful that we have a fenced in yard so I can let Otto out and didn't have to walk him in the torrential rain that was going on. I'm sure Otto would have preferred to have doggie indoor plumbing facilities.

It was a good start for me for day one of the challenge in spite of the presence of Dunkin Donuts munchkins and a Halloween pumpkin full of chocolate. Fortunately the chocolate was put out into the waiting area. I guess they figure a chocolate filled client is a happy client. It's getting to be near the end of the month so I'm in the push to get everything logged into the database for billing purposes. Fortunately, I'm pretty well caught up-first time in months-so I shouldn't be as frantic feeling as I have been the past few months.

It's supposed to be a rainy, windy day so unless the weather changes dramatically I don't think there will be an Otto walk. But maybe there will be a break in the rain later today. I do anticipate a trip to the basement and hopefully a bit more of a push to my workout than yesterday.

DD's house inspection is today. They're both really nervous and suddenly realizing things that they will need and have to buy. It is a bit intimidating to think about.

Donna-good to see a post from you. Sorry to hear about the continued liver issues. Hope that elevated number comes down.

Lori-some great thoughts at yoga last night!

Deb-glad that your electricity is back on. Amazing on how such little things go unnoticed until you're without them.

Patty-glad to hear that you got good numbers on your first flock.

The hour is drawing near to get my act together and head out the door. Hope everyone has a terrific Tuesday!

Good morning ladies.

I managed to have a good day yesterday with exercise and eating, not so good with the water.

It's about being my best at the moment and reaching for that moment of focus and peace.

What a great thought, Lori! Sounds like yoga class is a very good thing.
