.choose your path wisely...someone else's path may not work for you...when you stumble, roll with it...relax in the midst of effort...go your own pace, .. make adjustments to remain balanced......return home a better woman for having made the adventure.

Yay, so glad you guys enjoyed yourselves.
I doubt with all the exercise you came back chunkier. Besides you weren't chunky to begin with!!!

Wow, Patty...didn't realize DS would be moving. What a big step for all! Glad to hear it is a nice place. Good luck to him with the new place and the new job. How nice of you to help out with picking up things he needs. I do remember doing that kind of thing every time one of the kids moved into a dorm or a new house.
Soup and salad makes a good lunch. That is when it is great to have some homemade soup on hand and those bags of prepared salads. I think it is time to make a pot of chicken soup for here.
Good luck with your plan for this week.

Sorry about all the stress, Nancy. I do hope you don't get the snow..sounds strange with it being 68 today! But, this weather can turn on a dime and it does here too. Hope the bin gets fixed and you can still get some corn harvested. Thank goodness you have work to get your mind off things. Grit your teeth when making those phone calls and think good thoughts the days you don't have to make them.
Thinking about you...

Hi, Debbie....20 minutes is great and any amount of exercise is better than nothing. Remember you only need 30 minutes a day and it can be broken up.
Your kitchen looks great in the pictures you sent. You certainly waited patiently a long time for it. I can't wait to see it in person.
Hope your DH feels better for tonight and you can go and celebrate DS's birthday. Gosh...those kids have some nerve growing up so quickly.
Hope you are starting to feel better too. AF sure is mean to you.
Hugs

We are having a most glorious day here.

Hey, Lori...this color is called firebrick and I thought of it after you said you need a brick up side your head. You are too much! You are very giving and it is a hard habit to break. Just remember to keep getting some you time in. Like your goal to get to the gym at least 3 times. With dance and all you do, that is a good goal.
Try not to work too hard and enjoy putting the dogs through their paces.

Something about what seemed to be an unlimited eating plan at Disneyworld did me in.
I think a week to get used to this time change is great, Susan. It takes me longer and I find the falling back harder than the springing ahead. When I saw you were cutting up chicken, I thought I would get an idea for dinner. Not quite ready for soup but some sort of one pot meal is going to be on the agenda.
Be careful walking tonight in the dark. Glad you have Otto for company.
