Sticking with my original ones, eating healthy and cutting back on the sugary products, drinking 48oz of water a day and exercising at least 3x this week for 30 minutes.

Week 2: Nov 2- 8


1st Goal: Watch sweets and night time eatting. No eatting after 7pm! Stay with in 1200 calories!
