It was a very busy day for me at work as well. The almost full moon explains a lot about the day! Needless to say I came home quite tired. I made a turkey sausage and peppers over whole grain spaghetti that was quite good. No, Nancy we don't eat much as far as leftovers for dinner around here. Mostly because I'm not a big leftovers fan. There are certain things that I make that I will have for lunch the next day. DH enjoys leftovers and he used to take a lot of them to work with him for lunch. Unfortunately his new place of employment doesn't have a microwave (although we still have the old work one here at the house!).
Otto and I got out for a walk. The wind was blowing this evening and I was glad to have my sweatshirt on with the hood. Even though it's really not that cold yet I seem to feel it right through my bones lately. I'm going to a real mess when the cold weather really sets in.
The exercise thing never happened this evening. After I came in with Otto I was really feeling tired. I had picked up a book from the library at lunchtime and then DD had gotten her engagement pictures emailed from the photographer so I wanted to sit with DD and look through them. He had them meet him in Greenwich Village yesterday and he really got some great shots.
Eating had really gone well until the cupcakes appeared after dinner from DD and her BF's trip into NYC yesterday. The stopped at the same bakery that DS made a special trip into the city for their cupcakes. The cupcakes are huge and DD and I split one-oh so good but probably a day's worth of calories in one of those. Not such a good day in the goal department.
Looking at the time I'm up past my bedtime but fortunately don't have to go to work tomorrow. Good night everyone!
I am pooped tonight.

Came home to some new pantry doors.
