Nancy I pulled my journel back out yesterday. I do not have the time to go back to the meetings but I am going to try like heck and journel my points at home.


Goals this week:



  • Journel and follow a 21 point day

  • Drink my 8 to 10 glasses of water

  • Stop eatting after 7:30pm

  • On Friday and Saturday since I am off I will take a walk or do an exercise tape

  • On Friday I will get on my scale and not share the number but I will get on!

I had a 10 day eating 'free for all' so it is time for me to get back at it!

Trying my darndest to journal and point out everything I eat, as well as, exercise as much as possible before my next trip to N.C.

Be like a postage stamp.  Stick to it until you get there.
