Good morning ladies, glad I am off today I am in a total funk. I had a headache that would not quit yesterday and I guess it has left me feeling wiped out. We went to my inlaws yesterday at 3:00 and got home around 6:30, we watched some tv, played on the computer and had toast for dinner. Bill is working today, opened the shop and he left early at 7:00. Katie and Rob are still upstairs in bed and honestly I was in bed

Hello I'm new to the board.


I'm the Mother of three (teens) I've lost alot of weight in the past and still have around 40 lbs to go.


I have really saggy arms due to the wieght loss and wonder if anyone has tips on what might help as in excercise or if I can make a difference in the flabby underside of my arms?


I have a workout room at my apartment complex and am gonna start using it next week as the weather wont allow comfortable outdoor excercise (need more heavy clothes)


Any advice for how long to excercise if I haven't used machines before?

Hi Tammy and welcome to the FOF board. First off congrats on the lost weight, you should be extremely proud of yourself. I wish I could help with advise but I am the last one to offer any at this time. There are some ladies that do lift weights and I am sure you will hear from them by tomorrow. I would only suggest you google something like that and see what exercises come up. I know ivillage has a weight reference also just not sure how it works. Welcome again and we look forward to getting to know you better.

Nancy I thought you were pretty spread out from your neighbors? I am glad they are close enough to check on Annie. Do you miss her while you are gone? Do you think she misses you? I am guessing your yard/property is not fenced so Annie can pretty much come and go where ever she wants, right?
