Good afternoon ladies, I sure wish I had off today but I don't. Should not be greedy since I had 3 four day weekends with Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Kids are home today and with yesterday/last nights snow they are busy. Bill made Rob get up at 7:00 (the life of a college student on vaca!) to de-ice mom's car and shovel the driveway. Then he was instructed to head to the shop where Bill was going to put him to work, lol. Katie on the other hand slept until 8:30 and gave me back talk about how she should be able to sleep in on her day off. My MO was tough, lol. Work to be done, a bedroom that needed cleaning, laundry that needed switching, empty the dishwasher, scoop out the cat boxes, finish her English essay, review study notes for next weeks mid-terms and last but not least get dressed so that she could go with Nicole to ride the horse this afternoon. It is fairly quiet and at the moment my boss is gone but will be back. I have several things to keep me going until later. I hope he might let us cut out of here at 4:30 when our machine goes on. Fingers are crossed. I took a chicken out of the freezer too, Donna. Love a roasted chicken but not sure if
LOL Deb, poor Katie just wants to sleep ... okay ... I was never allowed to sleep in as a child - there were too many chores that needed done around the house during the daylight hours, as my mom would tell me.
