I've had a pretty good although there must be something about workday Tuesdays that find me at work after 5PM. I think that I need to recirculate my memo that states I hit the wall by 3:30 so please hold all emergencies until the following day...apparently the first one went unread!
Fitness was 40 minutes with my Wii Fit. Having a bit of trouble with my hula hooping lately although I only got hit in the head once! Did pretty well with my strength training session though.
Breakfast was an egg white omlette w/an English muffin, coffee & oj
2nd Cup of coffee at work
Snack was some dried apricots & almonds
Lunch-soy burger on a whole wheat sandwich thin, mozzarella cheese stick & salad w/light honey dijon dressing, chocolate drizzle mini rice cakes
Snack-peach yogart
Dinner-tortellini w/meatball, sesame bread stick. Ate way too many tortellini but that's what happens when I let DH dish up the pasta. Of course I could have left some...but I didn't.

That was my day. I'm now headed off to bed. The TV is on but it seems to be on one station so that's a good thing.
