Hi.

So I stopped in this morning but then my internet froze up and then it was time to go to work.. Work was fine.. My ankle hurts.. So I guess going in tomorrow is a good thing... I think my thing is why she didn't suggest things I could or couldn't do at home.. I am pretty sure I haven't

I'm ready to gallop off to the shower. I just finished up with 25 minutes on the treadmill and then some weights and lower body work. DH is doing the dishes so don't want to conflict with the hot water so I'll let him finish up.

No walking in the wild winds this evening. I thought the back storm door was going to blow off the hinges and into the yard when I let Otto out after I got home from work. It took two times to get the thing back under control so I could shut the door. Letting him back in I made sure he was clear of the door and held on with both hands so it wouldn't get away from me again. Did I mention it's windy?

Work moved along at a nice pace today. It was actually rather quiet since the courts were closed for Lincoln's birthday. Even though President's Day is Monday the court system around here still closes for Lincoln's Birthday.

With the exception of trying one each of the cookies my coworker brought in eating went well. Breakfast was oatmeal sprinkled with cinnamon and brown sugar and banana slices, oj & coffee. A second cup of coffee was consumed after getting to work. Snack was some almonds. Lunch was a Lean Cuisine flatbread chicken sandwich with a salad, glass of skim milk and an apple. Afternoon snack was a peach yogart. Dinner was an egg and sausage pizza-sounds weird but actually really tasty made with a package of crescent rolls, some turkey sausage, mushrooms, red peppers, some low fat cheddar cheese and egg substitute poured over the top and baked in the oven. I think I may have an orange after showering up.

Well sounds like the dishes are done and I'm off to the shower! Hope you've all had a good day!

Hope everything goes well tomorrow and I'll be sending good thoughts your way! The techs are usually very good and talk to you to make sure you're doing ok.

Hugs,

Susan
