Well I missed the morning post but I am here nonetheless. Thanks for all the get well wishes this weekend. I am feeling much better and I relaxed for most of the weekend. Friday after my "break down" the family really was much better. Bill took care of getting Katie from her tutor class, he got home at a decent hour too. I decided to make chicken soup so we both enjoyed it. Saturday I slept in and Bill made me some tea and cereal for breakfast. My FIL took Katie to the barn for her horse time. While they were gone I put together a Peapod grocery order that was delivered on Sunday morning. Katie ran the vacuum, dusted the bedrooms and emptied the dishwasher. Bill ran to the butcher and got my cold cuts and meats for the week, then went to the bank and dry cleaner for me. Dinner was chineese food without the MSG sitting in front of the fire place. Sunday Bill took my car to the car wash and filled my gas tank. He hit the bakery for some fresh rolls. After my groceries came together we took a ride to Home Depot and picked up my kitchen bifold doors, we hope to put them in next week when our friend comes back from vacation. Bill needs his carpentry expertise! Spent the rest of the afternoon with Katie and Stacey watching our old video tapes of the kids from when Katie was first born up till 3 years ago when the recorder finally died. Dinner was grilled chicken which Bill prepared while Katie and Stacey helped me with the rest of the stuff. So low key and low stress for me. I managed to read a few chapters in my book, take a nap or two and hem two pairs of pants!

Got up this morning feeling even better then yesterday. Not 100% but better! Work is quiet and my boss for the moment is out doing errands so I am grabbing the opportunity to post now. I have an appointment at 1:45 for a recheck on the BP. I will let you know what she says. Since tomorrow is my birthday it is my restart day although I have been very well behaved with my food this weekend I will go back to journaling using the WW rules. I am not going to attend meetings since I get little time as it is. I was going to do it online but its expensive. I know the basics and I know if I journal and stay true to my 19 daily points and exercise the weight will start to go down. I am guessing and hoping so will the BP. So Nancy if you are interested in daily journel of food with points I am game, it helps me stay focused, knowing I have tell someone else, lol.

JDeb so sorry about your sisters loss, I do not believe I read that a few months ago. I am happy to hear of the better news with her being pregnant again. Did you mention her due date? I am sure McKenna is going to be a wonderful big sister.

Margie you are a remarkable woman! You have gone through so much over the years. I have never done Therapy but I have often thought about it myself. I think it is good to have someone to talk to that has no previous notion of what has happened. I think talking is good for the soul. It helps give peace of mind. Plus the other benifit it helps you from snaping and shooting the SOB! Again the money is a factor and I understand watching your pennies. Is there a possible support group that might be a good substitute? Good luck with your decision.

Nancy it is hard to believe that spring is almost here and time for you to return to the old homestead. Sounds like you had a good time these last few months and made some great friends. Any thoughts of buying something in the area? Safe travels for your road trip home. I will journal and count points with you if you want.

Deb/Mn not much of a work schedule this week? How is that new baby? We need some new photos! How is Trevor feeling? He sounded like he has something nasty brewing. Did he ever head to the doctor?

Susan enjoy your walk with Otto tonight, I believe rain is in the forecast but our temps are supposed to warm up slightly. So how do you make chicken and basil calzones? I love calzones but not the calorie count!

I am sure since I started this post other have posted and well I had to leave off and take my lunch and head to the doctor for my recheck. I just left this post small on the bottom of my computer while I was gone. The BP today was 140/95, it was 150/95 on Friday. She suggested water pills at first but I explained I drank a lot of water already and peed all the the time so instead she put me on Enapapril (which is the generic for Vasotec and that is what my Katie is on). She wants to recheck me again in 2 weeks so I made an appointment for Friday, March 27th. Well I have some stuff here in the office that needs my attention and I should take care of it. I want to get out of here at 4:45 and drop off my prescription and then head to Huntington Learning Center to pick up Katie. Hope everyone is having a good day today. Catch you later tonight!!!!
