I see most people are saying that they want it to be a personal challenge and not competitive which is really good.

Adding my 2 cents worth.........I agree with all of you! I think each person has different needs in what she wants to accomplish and such different lives with schedules, family conflicts, jobs, ect. So lets say Sunday night we post what we want to accomplish for the up coming week. I think a daily journel of our food intake should be done for it helps me focus on my eating. I actually think then before putting something into my mouth. I like the idea of a mini challenge like the sit up or push ups being done randomly. Great ideas!

Along with a daily journal of our food intake maybe we should also post our exercise for that day and if we did not get any done we can say none.

Now there is no way I can't do 10 to 15 minutes of exercise each day and if I post it I might be more apt to do it too. I am on board starting Monday morning!!!!!!
