Good Morning

Love the picture this morning. How could you not love someplace with a view like that one! Would absolutely love to be there!

Bright blue skies have returned to this neck of the woods and heard tell that it's supposed to be up around 50. Not sure that it's sticking around for the weekend but for now the rain has ceased the clouds have left and we have what looks like a very pretty day. Now how to figure how to dump the work day and go outside and play!

What's up for your Friday? It's Friday-TGIF! Wrapping up another work week-woohoo! Just hope the work day passes quickly and peacefully. How are you wrapping up your week? I think it's been a pretty well rounded week. Has it been a good one? Not too bad. Room for improvement? One major indulgence food wise this week but otherwise I'm overall very pleased. The scale is showing 2 lbs but those are the same 2 that have been toying with for a very long time. One day there, next day not.

Hope everyone is set to enjoy a fantastic Friday!

Well I slept from 9:30 until 76:30 this morning and it felt great! Got a bit angry at Bill last night. I called him around 5ish from the barn to see what was happening and see how the day was going (it has not been good lately but that is another story). He said he would call me back but he never did. Being I did not feel well and I had not taken any food out for dinner and that Katie offered to cook some pasta I went with that. He calls around 7:40 and asks whats for dinner. I told him Katie and I ate pasta and he quickly said what about me. I told him I had left over chicken w/mashed potatoes, or he could have eggs w/english muffins, his choice. He said he would be home in 10 minutes so I got up and put some chicken in the oven warmed up the potatoes, did a bag of corn and sliced some bread and made garlic bread. He finally walks in the door at 8 holding a McDonalds cup. I was like what the ???? You could see the steam coming out of my ears! No more talking last night. I am going to hop a shower in a minute and then head out for a few hours. I need to run to the office to notarize some court papers for my boss, then to the doctor for a recheck on my BP, while there I am going to discuss this annoying cough and cold. After I leave there I am going to get myself a pedicure, I am over due and I could use the TLC. Then home to clean up and organize. If what Susan said is true and it is supposed to warm into the 50's then I will get a good walk in to help make up for not doing any exercise yesterday (Nancy do I still get credit if I walk extra today?). After 5 when I pick up Katie from the Huntington Learning Center we are heading over to my sister, Dori's house for pizza. I haven't seen her in about 2 weeks and she still has my birthday gift she wants to give me. It won't be late over there for Katie I believe has a sleep over plans at a friends house and has to be there sometime between 8 and 9. Well time to get moving, blow my nose, take my nose spray, take my BP med and get out of here. Check back later.....and yes Patty always room for improvement here!

The way that Huntington Learning Center works from my understanding when they did the evaluation testing several weeks back they start off testing several grades below where the child is now in school. The tests on each subject can go back 3 to 5 years worth of material then get closer to the childs current grade. Some of the tests are timed, some are done one on one, some independently. When we went back to meet with the administrator

Good morning..

The sun is shining here too... My thoughts are with the people in the Red River Valley, hoping they weather the flood waters as good as they can...

I'm off with Trevor to a doctor's appointment for his hearing.

Hi to all. My time at the computer was really limited this morning and I didn't get back to do a morning post so I'll do an early afternoon one and tell you what my plans are/were/whatever.
