My goals for week two of the challenge:

1. Continue with my goal of a minimum of 45 minutes of exercise 4 days this week.

2. Continue with the 32 ounces (minimum) of water.

3. I need a food goal of some sort so I will add this.

Well, since this is going to be my first week, I will start up slow.

The water is no problem as stated elsewhere. 32 oz a day is less than I usually drink.
The push ups might be. My cats think that my floor exercises are an invitation to play with my hair. ;)

My own goals:

Write down everything I eat and not go over 2000 calories any day before Friday. If I stay within this (very moderate) calorie limit, I will allow myself to eat anything I want on Saturday so long as the meal is balanced (that is, if I have a steak and potatoes i must also have veggies).

Exercise 5 minutes every morning on my cheap walking exerciser thing and put in another 10 minutes of exercise every evening.

This should be enough for my first week.

Goals for Week #2

3 exercise days, 2 of 30 minutes and one day of 45 minutes.

A problem I seem to have noticed the past few days that I will challenge myself to stop is as Grace would say BLT's (bites, licks, tastes). I was much more conscious this week of how often I do this. I'm going to challenge myself to NOT do that. Those little BLT's can add up rather quickly!

Continue with my 32+ of water each day.

Ahhh.....Nancy-push ups-my most detested of all exercises! You truly do challenge me this week :)!

OK Week #2 of our challenge, I am ready!

Water is always an easy one for me so I will continue to drink my bottles.

Exercise I posted everyday last Sunday and I fell short on Thursday so to take some pressure off myself I will commit to 5 days a week but I will up the exercise to a minimum of 20 minutes from the 10.

Vitamins/Medication will be taken each day

Continue with my healthy food choice and my extra is to try really hard and have two

Push ups.........sit ups don't matter. I do both on the Core ball anyway, lol. Actually its easier on the body using the ball yet it makes you use your core muscles to stabilize yourself. In my Core tape we do both push ups & sit ups so its done. I will definately do them first thing in the morning before heading down into the kitchen for the day.
