Today was just work and driving. I did well with my water and I'm going to go do pushups as soon as I post. I had to drive an hour each way this morning to get my waters.I now have 1200 waters I want to replace
The day was OK. I stayed as far away from the boss man or "the beast" as we've nicknamed him as possible. I just really didn't feel like having anything to do with him other than what was needed for job purposes. I don't know what his deal is but I hope the 'tude changes the needle goes back to the neutral position. And yes, I did want to thump him!
The office got very warm this afternoon and at one point my eyes got so heavy I really thought I was going to fall asleep. But at long last 5PM arrived. 4 down one to go for the work week.
Did you meet your challenge goals?My challenge goals are going along pretty well this week. Pushups? Completed while dinner was simmering on the stove Water? 40+ Vitamins? Taken-still have the last of my prescriptions to take before bed. How was the food and exercise or lack thereof? It was a planned non workout day for me although I did climb the stairs at work and the 3 flights up to my therapy appointment. Food went pretty well
Breakfast-Kashi Island Harvest Wheat biscuits w/skim milk, w/g toast w/1/2 Tbsp of peanut butter, oj and coffee

Snack-apple and Babybel cheese
Lunch-Boca burger on ww sandwich thin, dill pickle, salad w/1 Tbsp honey dijon dressing, glass of skim milk, green grapes
Snack-Dannon Lite & Fit white chocolate raspberry yogart w/strawberries
Dinner-tacos over brown rice
Had to come back and fess up to having the munchies and just a dose of couldn't believe that I found DH's dirty dinner dish & food from dinner still on the table frustration so had me a butterscotch bar-definitely not the right way to deal with it.
That's been my day. I'm now going to head upstairs to finish kitchen clean up and start the dishwasher-really should show the men folk how to do that complex operation :) and sit and relax until bedtime.
Did not get here yesterday or did I? I can not remember.....well anyway Tiger had another good night Wednesday night, keeping food down so I really thought he was on the upward swing..........but he ended up getting sick last night around 8:00pm. Knowing this I made the appointment for Friday morning for the next test.
I worked until 3:30 then took Katie to the barn. I brought home some files I was working on (I know a NO NO!) and I organized them while in the car waiting. Aunt Flo showed up early yesterday morning but started to bother me in the car around 5:00. We got home and I made a batch of Chili, which was dinner. Rob and Stacey went out to the Cheesecake Factory so it was just Katie, Bill and I. Bill was not happy about Chili for dinner but I did not give him any other options, I was not in the mood to play. It was right after we ate that Tiger got sick and well it just totally knocked the wind from my sails as they say. I never did exercise again so I have not lived up to the challenges this week like I planned, very disappointed in myself. Other then the exercise I did drink my water, take my vitamins, and eat healthy.
Breakfast: Tea w/skim milk & equal, Fiber One Bar and a Yellow Apple
Lunch: WW Entree w/extra broccoli (ate it but did not like it, it was the pot roast for 3 points, won't buy that one again)
Snack: 6 California Sushi Rolls..........sissy sushi as my friends call it!

Lunch - we went out to celebrate March & April Birthdays, so I had a chicken taco salad - ate half of it and had to quit as I got full

Supper - haven't had any yet - yes, it is 9:15.

Centergy for one hour
Vitamins - not yet, but will after i put a little something in my tummy
