For somebody who did little to nothing all day I'm exhausted! I ran to Costco this morning to pick up a few "essentials" which cost me a little more than I wanted to spend for there were some freezer meat staples that I've run out of and wanted to restock on those. I made a trip to Target and picked up a few things there. By the time I got home DD had called and was going to stop by to pick up a case of water I bought for her. We chatted for a few minutes and then I had to have her help me pick out something to wear today. My wardrobe just seems to really sad these days-probably just because it's the end of the season and I'm tired to everything and the some it has just seen better days. I also got a really bad headache this morning which left me feeling not so great.

I did finally did manage to dress myself and headed out for the shower. It was very nice and it was good to see people I haven't seen in quite awhile. A lot of us live a short distance from each other but we rarely see each other. Caught up on whose Kids are graduating high school, college a few including my DD who are getting married or recently married and even a few who are new moms. I've known most of the kids since they were little and it really is amazing how time flies! The shower was lovely and my friend really put a lovely luncheon together for her future DIL. The room was beautiful and the food excellent.

I never did get a workout in and never got Otto out for a walk either. My sister had called 2x during the day so by the time I returned her call and chit chatted with her and then spoke to both other DD's Dh was due home from work. Water consumption was definitely lacking as well. Not a very good challenge day for me.

Breakfast was scrambled eggs on a whole wheat bagel, oj & coffee. Lunch was a few of the passed hot appetizers and there was a large table of cold pasta salads, fruit, cheese, veggies & dip. I had some veggies w/a bit of dip, a spoonful of pasta salad. I chose the shrimp stuffed w/crab for my entree served w/fresh green beans and orzo. I grilled DH's a burger for dinner and I opted for a dish of cereal w/banana & craisins and a jello cup.

I'm ready for bed so I'll say good night and hope that you've all had a good day.
