I did well with my own challenges for the week. I accomplished my 3 days of exercise with at least one being 45 minutes and actually got one extra day in. I was surprised how well I did with my BLT's (bites, licks, tastes)-I really had to concentrate on that one and when I really became conscious of it how many times I really do put hand to mouth!
I did miss the mini challenge goals of both push ups and water on Saturday.
Chalk me up for a yes, with promises to do better when under stress.
