My goals are simple.... 4 days of exercise for at least 45 minutes.

Goals for Week 3

Repeat of 3 days of exercise with one being at least 45 and the others at least 30 minutes.

Continuation of my conscious effort of putting stray items into my mouth

No picking on food at work-keep on track with my own snacks from home

Continuation of last weeks mini challenge of 10 push ups a day

I usually eat lots of fruits and/or veggies during the day so I hope that the mini challenge will be an easy one for me this week.

Sorry I have not been around since Saturday.......busy weekend with working on the kitchen and the cat. Week two fell apart with me when it came to exercise, which seems to be my biggest down fall. Between the stress at work, the cat, Aunt Flo and my schedules I did not meet my goals but this is a new week and I planned on trying to back it up a bit, sorry. My goals for food, vitamins and water are the same. I will continue doing the sit ups and push ups because I do them as soon as I get out of bed. Adding the 3 servings of fruit and veggies is great. I want to go back to the 10 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. If I do more then its a bonus for me. I got on the scale yesterday morning and the number was down again, but only slightly 164.0 so that is 1.5 in two weeks.
