Monday Evening Check In
| Mon, 04-06-2009 - 7:46pm |
Caught myself before I saw that I was once again posting a Tuesday check in on Monday. My brain...don't know where it is some days!
Anyway, it's that time of day to tell how your day went...

Ahhh....I was waiting to see this link.

It was a rainy, sometimes down pouring day here on LI. Lo and behold as I was cooking dinner the sun emerged, not for long but it was there.
Work was work although my boss is unusually pleasant but I always fear that somewhere, some time that other shoe is going to drop. But for know we'll all enjoy this mood.
I came home to make my soup. Not horrible but nothing I would try again. The pita breads I made, however with the ricotta topping were really good. I could have dined on those alone but I did maintain some restraint.
The weather had cleared enough for Otto and I to head out for a walk. We didn't go very far before Otto met up with one of his friends and he decided he should follow his friend from where we just came and then home.
I took advantage of the shortened walk time and headed to the basement for my 45 minute workout time. I did Level One and Three of my Weight Loss Yoga DVD. Eating went well...lots of fruits and veggies incorporated into the daily menu.

It was a busy day in my little world … nothing real exciting however.
