Spring Fling wk 3 results-wk4 goals.....

Since I did not get here to do this last night, let's do the results from last week and goals for the next week all in one post.

I was surprised when I looked over last week and realized that I did

I did my 3 workouts of 30 minutes and 2 of them were 40 minutes-didn't meet my push ups each day-missed them a couple of days mostly because I just forgot. I need to put my goals somewhere that I see them each day to remind me of them.
Missed my fruit & veggie goal 1 day, missed my water goal 2 days. All in all not the best of weeks.
I'm not sure what this week will be bringing with the visit to the cardiologist on Thursday so I'll commit to 2 30 minute workouts this week. Back to my water goal of 32+ oz per day. Sticking to eating what I bring to work for healthy snacks.

My goals last week were fairly simple.... to get in 180 minutes of exercise.

I forgot to do this yesterday, sorry Nancy! Last week was great food, water and vitamins but not in the exercise department. I never got on the scale yesterday morning, I was just too busy. So I will just see what next Monday morning shows. This week I will keep my goals the same:
Vitamins and Medication Daily
Water, water, water
10 minutes of exercise 5 out of 7 days
Journal food, Healthy choices
Crunches and Sit ups on Core Ball

Last week was a crazy busy week for me and I had company all weekend.
My goals for last week were...
1. Go to the gym three times - once for 45 minutes of cardio, once for Centergy class, and once for either 45 minutes of cardio or power class.
