Not a very good challenge day and a pretty horrible day work wise. The work day started going downhill about 9:15 and pretty much stayed as just one of those days.
Food wise is was a very good day until....
Breakfast-scrambled eggs (one white, one whole) with 1/2 slice of ham and a bit of shredded lite cheddar cheese, whole wheat english muffin, oj & coffee
Snack-almonds, raisins & mixed dried fruit bits
Lunch-2 slices deli chicken breast, slice of swiss cheese, lettuce & tomato w/honey mustard of whole grain bread, apple
Snack-yogart w/strawberries
Then...I came home really tired, a bit cranky, DH hadn't done anything about putting anything on to warm up and I started noshing before dinner...nibbled on the provolone out of the antipasto, warmed up the lasagna, 2 meatballs & a small piece of flank steak, salad and then DH presented me with mini eclairs. He went over to a friend's house for lunch brought pastries with him and brought the leftovers home. I did stop myself at one.
Water was good at about 40 oz.
No workout. Talked myself right out of it. It was raining so no doggie walking either. I ended up in the shower and into my pjs by 7:15. I sat and read for quite awhile and watched some TV and I think I was in bed and asleep by 10:15.
Today was kind of busy for a day off.
