It was a bit of a wacky Wednesday. Rainy, cold; felt more like a winter day. My son has some issues

Whacked out Wednesday here.

Worked all day, had to go down to the dungeon (our basement store room) to find some old files.

Can't say that it was wacky or wild-not sure whether that's a good thing or a bad thing. The weather was a bit wacky. It was raining when I left the office at lunch time and shortly after I got home the wind picked up and I think we had some hail coming down. By the time I got home from the skies had cleared and the sun appeared. It's still a bit chilly.

I was once again contemplating not doing any kind of workout but decided I really needed to do something. I pulled out the Wii and Maya my "personal trainer" and did an upper body workout. I also played with the Wii Sports program. DS' GF came in as I was in the middle of a rousing game of tennis. She got a good laugh with me swinging my remote "tennis racket".

Work was busy but boring. My co worker was in Family Court with her ex over his lack of payment of child support & arrears that he owes her. They were still in court at 5PM so no telling what happened there. Hopefully he landed in jail.

Eating was good and could have truly been bad with the bagels and muffins and me feeling very bored. Usually not a good combination but I did OK with avoiding everything.

Breakfast-Kashi vanilla wheat squares w/skim milk, banana, whole grain toast w/pb, oj & coffee

Cup of green tea

Snack-Light Babybell cheese & an apple

Lunch-mushroom & zucchini egg white omelet, whole wheat sandwich thin, skim milk, 100 calorie pack of chocolate drizzle mini rice cakes

Snack-yogart w/strawberries

Dinner-Tex-Mex Skillet dinner (one pan dish-ready in about 30 minutes-love that), salad

Snack-small dish of jello

Water was good-40+ oz

Crunches-done!

Hope you've all had a good day!
