What are your goals for week five?

I am kind of at a loss tonight when I think about my goals.

so I hesitate to state them another time and then have to tell you in another 'check in' that I failed one more time.
As I was walking today I was thinking about what one of my big struggles is besides the usual and here I see it's the mini challenge!
Upping the exercise portion of the challenge to 4 days this week and at least one of the days will be 45 minutes.
I've been slipping a bit with the BLT's is back on my challenge agenda.
At least 40 oz of water per day.
