It was a busy day on the work front and also one of those days where I walked through the front door and was completely exhausted. You can always tell by the the way I put dinner together how I'm feeling. I took Otto out for a walk after dinner and just decided I needed a night off from working out. I sat and read for a while and was actually thinking of going to bed at 7:45 but figured I would be up in the middle of the night. I apparently fell asleep in the recliner after Grays Anatomy and I must have gotten myself up around 10:30 and gone to bed but I have absolutely no recollection of either. DH said he actually had to check to see if I was breathing since I was sleeping so soundly.

Took a kickboxing class this morning, my friends just started it a month ago and they're doing such a great job.
Geez, it sure is quiet here tonight.
