Stopping in to say howdie ladies! What is new with everyone? What did you do today? How was the week? Did it turn out as planned or go slightly haywire? Anyone want to fill me and the rest of the board with how things went?

Yes tis I...............sorry I have been MIA this past week. The last week was a busy one. My boys were away racing in Virginia and my sisters were here keeping us company. Actually Sharon and Liam were here Saturday and Sunday night. Saturday we make home made perogies and it was both my sisters, Katie, Stacey and myself. So the entire weekend was a great big blur. Work turned out to be the same way. We had horrible rain for 4 days straight, busy with work, school/tutor for Katie, horse barn and house stuff just never found a minute or two to read or post. I am so sorry and I know there is no way I can catch up. I am hoping this post finds you all well. I did see Karen has a new family member, she posted pictures on Facebook, cute puppy. There is no way I could do anymore animals at this point in my life. Tiger is still not well, not throwing up at the moment but believe it or not the vet has me giving him Zantac but in liquid form, twice a day. You have no idea how difficult this is but is seems to be working and he is not vomiting. He hardly has any appatite at all and he has lost so much weight. I am hoping the Zantac helps and lets him gain some weight back. Very stressful to say the least. Stacey has been here every day and night, her parents left last Saturday for Charlotte, NC with her brother, the motor home and race car. This week her brother Keith has been testing the car and she did not like being alone. So my Rob took the couch and gave her his room for the week. The two of them flew down to NC last night so they could be part of the race today and tomorrow (PINKS ALL OUT). I will let you all know when it is going to be broadcast and hopefully they will get on the show. Today was my day off although one would not know that. I was supposed to head to the doctor for a BP recheck but I blew it off because my list of things to do was so long. I will reschedule for one day next week.........promise. All is well with my BP, honest, I have been checking it and no headaches. I had a hair cut/color this morning at 10:00 and I did not get out until 12:00. Came home and ran the vacuum upstairs and made the beds upstairs. I had some lunch and then headed to the eye glass place again. My glasses broke/cracked again (this is the third time) in the same place so I needed to get over there. They are ordering different lense's that are made of a different material and I am hoping this will do the trick. They knew I was angry but I kept my cool which I can tell they fully appreciated. Until then I am going have to nurse these. From there I hit the bank for a deposit and transfer then home to meet Katie. I vacuumed my livingroom and folded 2 batches of laundry then it was time to take her to Huntington Learning Center. So off we went, I dropped her at the center and ran over to Kohls to return 2 bras. I bought them a month ago but did not like the way they fit. From there I hit the mall and got my Pandora Braclet exchanged for a smaller size (Rob had givin it to me for my birthday over a month ago). Hit the post office to mail some bill (oh yea I paid bills this morning and balanced the check book too before heading off to my hair cut appointment). Dropped the food off to the vet that Tiger refused to eat and then back to pick Katie up. We got home around 5:45 whereas I finished up vacuuming, folded yet another batch of laundry, put all the clothes into the proper room and did a Peapod grocery order for a Sunday delivery.............now I am sitting trying to catch up. Aren't you glad you missed me, lol. Sorry to report but no challenge at all these last two weeks but I am hoping to get back onto the band wagon this week. Beautiful weather forcasted with warmth and sun so I should be able to get out and move again. I ordered some healthy stuff to eat and I need to kick myself in the pants. Well I am in the middle of reading the 5th Harry Potter book and I want to get back to it. I am anxious to finish the books up. Have a good night ladies and I hope you all have a wonderful weekend planned.

Checking in before I crash for the night.

I woke up around 3:00 this morning and guzzled about 18 oz of a 20 oz bottle of water that I had on my dresser.

Evening Ladies...

I have been home from work about 4 PM and I was feeling tired so I just curled up on the sofa and turned Oprah on which turned into a 2 hour nap.

Work was work. But the day is done and the work week behind me. Wish I didn't feel so overwhelmed but such is life.

No exercise today. I pulled out the Wii for a few minutes before DH arrived home with dinner and then just didn't feel like doing anything after that. I curled up with my book and my new Cooking Light and spent part of the evening dozing on and off.

Eating was pretty good...I think I eat too much. Not necessarily unhealthy most of the time just too much.

Breakfast-Kashi Heart to Heart cereal with skim milk, banana & strawberries, w/g toast w/pb, oj & coffee

2nd cup of coffee at work

Snack-almonds w/dried fruit bits & raisins

Lunch-egg white omlette w/zucchini, ham, light english muffin, skim milk, 100 calorie pack of Cinnamon Streusel mini rice cakes

Snack-yogart w/strawberries

Dinner 1 slice pizza, garlic knot & big salad

Snack-have to have something sweet after pizza 100 calorie Good Humor ice cream pop.

Water-40+oz

Tired once again and off to bed I go.

Nighty night!
