It's time to see how we all did with our individual challenge goals.

My goals were ~


I will do at least 45 minutes of cardio twice this week. Did this.


I will go to Centergy on Thursday for strength, balance, flexibility and core work. Did this, plus the Active class just before it.


I will do some form of exercise

I did pretty well this week.

4 days of exercise with at least one 45 minutes-Done

40 oz of water each day-Done

Paying attention to the BLT's-mindful of them-but sometimes too late!

5 minutes each day-not perfect-but better

Like Patty, I was going to say I failed but in rethinking the week I did much better than the last three weeks.
