Okay.. it is time to think about our challenge.
Since I didn't do so well last week, I'm keeping my goals the same for this coming week.

Pretty much the same as last week. I'm going to try to be more conscious of my portions this week.
Still watching the BLT's
4 days of exercise at least 30 minutes
40+ oz of water
Mindful of portion control. I do pretty well with this until dinner time and I tend to overdue.
5 minutes of stress relief during the day.

I did great the first two weeks of our challenge and then it all fell apart. Between my stress at work, stress with the cat and our down right chilly weather I let it go but I am hoping with the warmer weather here I can restart on a fresh note. So knowing that today is my first day my goals for this week are as follows:
4 Days of exercise (30 minutes each)
Water
Vitamins/Suppliments
Journal food (try to stick within a normal WW point schedule)
