This week I am going to commit to the following:


4 days of cardio x 30 minutes minimum - managed two 40 minute walks, so no not really, but I will try and get another in today.


I really need to get my flower beds weeded, so I will work on them and get some good stretching in. - That was a write off.

For this past week my goals were


I will do at least 45 minutes of cardio twice this week. Did that-went to the gym Monday and Tuesday and got in 45 minutes of mixed cardio (bike, treadmill, rower, elliptical, glide, stairmaster) both days.


I will go to Centergy on Thursday for strength, balance, flexibility and core work. Did this, and preceeded it with the Active class, so it was a two hour stressbuster.


I will do some form of exercise

Still watching the BLT's-better but still watching them go in my mouth from time to time

4 days of exercise at least 30 minutes-actually got in 5x of 30 minutes

40+ oz of water-yes

Mindful of portion control. I do pretty well with this until dinner time and I tend to overdue.-Did much better this week

5 minutes of stress relief during the day-debatable

Overall I think I did well. More accomplished than left undone.
